With nearly 40 years of experience in the automotive industry, Harold has built a career rooted in leadership, performance, and a passion for helping teams and customers succeed. From front-line sales to senior management roles, he oversaw, analyzed and optimized nearly every facet of dealership operations. Harold’s impressive background includes managing multiple sales departments, used car operations, and Business Development Centers (BDC).  He handled everything from ordering new car inventory to maximizing the value of pre-owned vehicle. One of his key strengths is ensuring that every vehicle is maintained to the highest standard which means no shortcuts, and no compromises.

He brings to the company a deep understanding of dealership dynamics and customer expectations, along with decades of hands-on experience making both people and processes more effective.
